I ordered 2 sets of these (one from a merchant and another from Amazon directly); the ones from Amazon were packaged in a much more secure way. Just a sidenote. As for the product, the glasses are very pretty. I went with these because they match a carafe I received from a friend at Christmas. They aren't for daily use - if they were, I'd be concerned as the glass is very fragile (back to my packaging note, one of the 4 glasses arrived broken in the box sent by a merchant). As it is, I'm not sure if I'd let my children use these - one overly powerful set down and I'm certain they'd break. But, again, they are very attractive and not for everyday use, so fragility is not a major concern for me. If you intend to use them frequently, I'd recommend buying an extra box so you have replacements on hand.

I like these. They are not really 20-ounce glasses, though. The manufacturer claims on the box they are a little over 18 ounces. I ordered them for drinks served over lots of ice; the size is fine for this. Also great for shakes from the blender that won't fit into regular glasses. One problem: the glass is a bit thin. I unpackaged them, ran them through the dishwasher once, and one glass broke on the very first use, when I dropped in an ice cube. Perhaps it had been damaged during shipping.
